Here are the top questions that I am asked when talking to prospective clients.

Is what I am looking for realistic?
I can give you an on the spot idea of how realistic your requirements are and what you are likely to get for your money.

How much do you charge?
My fees are structured around an upfront registration fee and small percentage of your successfully purchased property's price.  Please contact me to discuss a fee structure tailored to your specific needs and budget.  An example of costs - from £3000 for a small second home.

Will you do all the negotiations?
Yes, I certainly will if you want me to.  I will endeavour to secure the property for you at the right price.  If you are emotionally involved this can be a stumbling block.

Do you have knowledge of properties before they are advertised?
I talk to estate agents every day and having been in the business for six years.  I have an excellent property network.  Because my clients are serious buyers, agents and sellers pro-actively contact me when properties are about to come on the market.

Can you help with finding schools?
Yes. I can also help with children with special needs, and nurseries.

What is it like living in Devon?
Fabulous!
